Certified Sales Rentals is currently recruiting for the position of a Millwright Journeyperson. The Millwright Journeyperson’s primary responsibilities include installing or dismantling machinery and equipment according to equipment diagrams & specs, blueprints, and other diagrams. This position also requires that the Millwright troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic problems with associated equipment. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test will be required as a condition of employment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recertify and repair equipment
- Inspect machinery as it arrives, unload parts, and assemble with the safe and effective use of hand and power tools
- Relocate unassembled equipment as it arrives, positioning the machinery and pieces needing to be assembled, using hoists, dollies, and trucks
- Interpret diagrams, blueprints and schematics to determine work procedures
- Identify and correct any problems found in machines, equipment, or processes in order to facilitate production
- Ensure that safety policies, quality standards, and standard operating procedures are followed
- Pull test equipment as part of recertification
- Processing jobs according to defined company policies and protocols
- Providing details necessary to administrator for job number assignment
- Reviewing, understanding, and completing work order
- Ensuring all required parts and components for recertification are in stock or on order
- Work Area and Tools
- Maintaining work area to keep it clean and tidy and to remove any obstacles that could present a hazard
- Maintain all equipment and tools in clean and good working condition
- Assist in identifying low stock and supplies as necessary
- Provide assistance to other areas of the company, as required
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Journeyperson Certificate
- Experience in moving, assembling, disassembling, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of machinery and equipment
- Any safety-related training and certificates would be considered an asset, but not required
