On Friday, November 22nd, the Northern Strands Group of Companies (NSGC) participated in the annual Make-A-Wish Trees of Joy event. This event was held at Delta Bessborough and brought some holiday spirit early for the wish kids and their families. NSGC had the opportunity to sponsor trees and gifts for Kris and Kaitlynn this year.
Our employees, along with some of their family members, spent the day decorating and then enjoying the afternoon with the kids and their families. Make-a-wish has been especially significant to NSGC as several of our team members have had wishes granted in their families.
“My brother was actually a Wish Kid when he was younger,” said Cody Gampe from Northern Strands. “It’s really good being involved in this now because I know what an impact it makes.”
